Olivia Fitzgerald
Olivia is a general property lawyer with a particular interest in trusts. She enjoys working with people through their everyday life milestones - from a first home purchase or new business opportunity through to asset protection and retirement planning.
Before forming Coleridge Law, Olivia worked in a range of law firms both in New Zealand and overseas and knows that small and people-focused is her thing. Hailing from a farming family in the Coleridge Basin, Olivia has an affinity with the rural sector and aims to provide a practical approach to general legal issues.

Madeleine Henderson
Madeleine moved to Methven in 2012 from Christchurch, having spent many a day out in Ryton Bay at Lake Coleridge where her great uncle had a fishing hut. Having always had an interest in the great outdoors and meeting people, Madeleine thrives on the variety of work that comes her way in a regional practice, and she brings a lot of enthusiasm and dedication to her clients and her work.
Maddy deals with general contract and property transactions and disputes, including claims for the recovery of outstanding debts, all things relationship property (including how to deal with trust and company assets in that space) and employment law advice and agreements.
